Issue opting-in to NBN speed upgrade

I have exactly the same issue... "Request Denied". Been on the phone waiting for an hour now....

I have the same issue as all the other people; the link provided to opt in the the NBN 100 MBPS upgrade produces an error. I have tried another browser and still get the same error. Error message below:
'Request Denied!

If you have any questions contact the admin.'
