So on Monday, after 2 hours of waiting, I finally get in touched with one of the tpg specialist, and I asked her if she can send me a new SIM card, cause I lost my old one, she confirmed with me the SIM card price and delivery fee, and said the order had been placed.
But after 4 days of waiting, I didn’t see any of the confirmation message nor the charged fee, so I was wondering whether my order had been placed.
