Mobile Data Barred

I got a text today saying my data is barred but I’m unsure why? I haven’t gone over my limit and my account was paid yesterday?
And I’ve been on the phone now for over 30 min trying to get through

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you were able to speak with our Mobile accounts team.


The initial payment that was used to pay for the account was through Direct debit which may take 3 to 4 working days to be posted and due to holidays the posting got delayed.


It seems that you've used your credit card to process the payment yesterday to lift the barring of your Mobile data. Once the payment from your Direct debit has been posted, it will be credited to your account to be used for future payment.
