Mobile billing fault - bundle with NBN and the discount not applied to the account

Don't worry about it,
After lots of calling and wait on the line, the discount has solved.
The tech issue not solve yet, currently they said need to replace my sim card and I think it's on the way

The SIM delivery takes 3-5 business days to arrive on the your nominated delivery address. If it is beyond the timeframe, please let us know.
