OK my card got stolen and forgot to update details.

As per the txt message please go to www.tpg.com.au/myaccount ok but there is no options to make a payment and where i get confused 

 

Go to make a payment see IOU for $20 and get "an existing payment transaction is in progress" ok no problems. 

Thinking I can pay a few months in advance got to Top Up Prepaid Ballance  but I get " to add a prepaid credit you need to pay any amount owing on this account"  WT

 

ok ummm so where do I make a payment online I mean I still have $16.67 credit ?

can you UNBLOCK IT so I can make a payment or you no longer want me as a customer ?

im not waiting on the phone for 2 hours again

Maybe im missing somthing but as per the pic it is blocked 

Under "top up pre pay ballance" it states "I must pay the amount owing".

How can I do that if it is blocked. Why is it blocked ??

 

The new account link thanks but really did fall out the tree yesterday 

 

Why can i not simply enter credit card details or transfer say $500 to the mobil account call it paid for the next 2 years 


I also see no options to make payment other that entering via account so if I dont want to do that. are there  other online options??? 

I cannot do that because as stated, I have a stolen card (new one in 6 week as post is so slow) then make a one off online payment useing a mates card and give him the cash.

After talking with a Mobile Specialists today and was advised TPG do not allow you to pay months in advance only month by month payments, Also has no online as such payment option only via  recorded accout feature.

So there are such thing as one off online options this has to be done by phoning in. 

No wonder you are kept on hold for hours waiting. (You are aware this is frustrating and why people are leaving)

and dont even think of making advanced payment again they will not be taken. 

I think its kind of funny considering it is pre pay but only by the month.

 

I have now canceled my plan and now using a provider that allows me to pay mothly or 12+ months in advance and has simple online payment options. 

 

Dont get me wrong was a great plan/ service, just let down by a ridged and featureless payment system.
