HI The settings on different mobile phones will not allow me to take my mobile off "Hide Caller ID". This must be hard wired by TPG. Can you take it off so I can change the setting on my phone? Also I can't view my mobile account details in the TPG website as it just says 'moved to novus'. How do I access that now?

In order to access your Mobile account, you need to use your new username or customer ID number, which was sent via Email before.
If you can't find it, then send us a private message with your account details and we'll see on what we can arrange for you.
