cant log in to mobile dashboard Novus, stuck on hide caller id

It won't let me log in using my mobile number or the new account id as my username, and my old password. It only lets me log in using my old customer id no and password.
And when I try to 'click here' to manage other services, it comes up with the attached error message, although it seems to show the Novus dashboard in the background which I think is what I need to get to to change my settings so my mobile doesn't come up private all the time. While you are sorting out my access to Novus, can you also just change that setting for me so I can choose on my phone if it should come up private when I dial out or not?
