cant send private messages

And when I try to send BasilDV a private message about the problem as suggested it says I've reached the limit for number of private messages I can send for now, even though I haven't sent any yet!

Hi,

 

Thanks so much for your help it seems I can send private messages now and also logging in with the new customer id no and resetting my password I've been able to change my settings so my phone is no longer stuck on private. Really appreciate your help!
