Mobile plan bill

I've been customer of both internet and mobile for long time but I found that if I have both service there is discount plan for mobile so I linked and processed few month ago but still billing old plan fee. I tried to call 2 times to fix when I have invoice and they said all done but never affected.
Please let me know what can I do?
