My payment this month was not deducted from my account, it is normally deducted every 22nd, but this month nothing. I changed my card number in your system. I would like to know the reason

We'd like to check on this further as we usually deduct the monthly fee automatically, 7 days before the end of the billing cycle.

 

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
