It is clear to me that TPG has probably become the worst possible service provider with absolute disregard to its customers and a pathetic service delivery. Even this forum and its moderators seem unable to resolve issues.
Besides compalaining to Telecommunications Industry Ombdusman, What is the mechanism to escalate the complaints with TPG? Or is there no internal mechanism at TPG?????
