Hello, I have been trying to activate my sim card but have run into problems. To my understanding there is meant to be a 'tools' button under my account which allows me to activate my sim but instead I have 'moved to novus'. Can someone please help me rectify this problem so i can activate my sim.

We tried to locate your account to no avail.
You need to login using your new customer ID number that we've provided via Email.
Once logged in, you should be able to locate the activate SIM on the new Novus system.
