More than likely you are on a plan that is no longer available, or you are currently on an ADSL service and NBN is available at your new address.
What plan are you currently on?

I am on NBN FTTN Broadband SL Bundle Standard without contract. Everytime I select moving home, it takes me to the plan change window.
