I've been trying to complete the online Moving Home form since 11.05.20, tried 5 times however, it always gives me an error on Step 9 as below. I called 131423 and was on hold for 45 mins, then called 1300865274 and was on hold for 3 hours. This is very poor service by TPG, I mean providing an online service for Moving Home which doesn't even work.
