Hello,
I have read the other posts about this problem and I have reset the password, but the problem is not fixed after two days.
I know what caused the problem and I suspect that this elevated the "fix" to a level where a password reset won't cut the mustard any more. I have since rectified the root cause of the original problem.
Can someone please clear the spam block for me? The email address is the main one that starts with ja
