A couple of months ago I asked to upgrade my NBN package to get a higher speed (I am using ADSL over Copper) - this was completed quickly and efficiently and I was getting up around 50Mbps. Some weeks later TPG contacted me and advised I was paying for a package / speed higher than what could be achieved across copper and said they would adjust things down and refunded me some credit.
Ever since then I am lucky to get 17Mbps
Thoughts?
