Btw, no need to call me as most of the time I cannot pick up the phone. I can PM you if you need more detail, and then please just email me a written cancellation confirmation.

Please just cancel my account, I am already transferring to a different provider.
 
Also as Ticket#937XXXX
 
I receive no internet service from TPG since 9th April 2019 morning time, but my credit card is debited again:
NBN FTTB 50 with Voice
Package Period 20/04/2019 to 19/05/2019

I would appreciate it very much if you can give me a refund. I am no longer in contract and actually has been with TPG for many years already.

Hi,

 

Can you please ensure my line is released ASAP? Until now my new provider still cannot provide the service because they said that the line is not released from the FRONT and BACK end. That way the line/port will be available for other NBN service provider.
