Hi,
I want to cancel my NBN effective immediately! I am not locked in a contract.
Please advise how should I cancel because when I tried to call this afternoon (28 Nov 2022) I was spoken to rudely by the staff, raising his voice at me when i queried about the confusing billing matters.
Also, I was just notified as well that there is a 30-days notice period which I am liable to pay up to. Why wasn't this notified when I sign up NBN with TPG?
Never once in all my email and phone correspondence hat the 30-days notice period mentioned. I want the refund for the 30-days period if it is already charged, or to stop it from charging if the payment hasn't gone through!
