Hi,

I have been contacted for ADSL phasing out. this is fine.

ADSL was attracting a 24 mbps and the offer made available was either

NBN 12 for the same price as the plan I was on. NBN 12 is on NBN12

Am I upgrading to receive LESS speed?

No you are not upgrading.

Your current product is soon to be terminated, so your cheapest alternative is the first tier product on NBN - 12.

So your options are no internet, or NBN12.
