Hi, I reduced my internet speed down from 100mbps to 50mbps. I was told that the money would be deposited into my bank account within two weeks of changing my plan. I received an email from TPG stating that there was an issue with depositing the money and I needed to update my bank details (confirmed it was TPG and not a scam) which I did early this month.
This is the fourth week since changing my plan and I still haven't received the refund. I am concerned because of the issue with my bank details. Refund delays seem to be common but should it be taking this long?
