Who I contact in regards to cancelling my NBN and to keep one of my emails?

Thanks for your query!

Once you cancel and close your TPG account, you will lose your @TPG.com.au email address.

There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

I have in the past been able to keep my email address, whilst I didn't have an internet with TPG. I am aware that I need to pay an annually fee, which I am happy to do. I have recently had an online conversation with Eunice, via Live Chat and she said that I could still have keep my email address even if cancel my NBN.
