NBN order cancellation

Hi support,

I contacted the customer support to set up NBN at my new location and signed up with a 18month contract, however, due to some issues I cannot move into this property and I have to cancel my order.

 

My previous NBN service was no loc-in contract.

 

What is the procedure to cancel my previous plan + my new order?
