Hi there, I just signed up today and was sent an email that I could log into track modem delivery. when I went to log in, I noticed the last threee digits were wrong. I’ve accidentally put in the wrong number and need to change so I can get the code and log in

I’ve already filled in the id form. They text me to confirm it…. Why haven’t they just changed the wrong number on my account to the correct number they messaged on? 😂

Why do you not have live chat so I can get it sorted in real time instead of having to wait up to 3 days for it to be sorted?
