I need to login to my account to change my plan due to my current situation. I did not active roaming and I believe I wont be received SMS even I did that. I'll explain in private message why. I checked other questions which are asked before and it seems if I can send my details through a private message, my problem may be resolved. could you please let me know to whom I can send my details. I tried to call but I cannot hear the options to continue due to a bad line. Many thanks.

I have the same problem and there is no such button exists for private message to be sent.
This is extremely not convient specially for a mobile service and when overseas, I had no issues withTelstra when I travel.
