Outstanding bill

Hi, I have receive a few emails about an out standing bill for my internet, when I try and go to pay on website and app
It is saying there is no outstanding bills to be paid?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

If there's no outstanding bill when you logged in to your Account online, then it is possible that the email you are receiving is a phishing email.

Don't click any link provided in the said email to be safe.
