My internet is due and I don’t have sufficient funds in my account to pay it. Can I please have a payment extension to have it paid this week on the 24 February 2022.

I understand if you are unable to make a payment on time. However, if your preferred date of payment is after the current billing period, your billing cycle and bill date will change and there may be a service interruption due to payment delay since our service is a prepaid. If you wish to discuss this matter further, you can send your TPG account details privately.
