I notified TPG of payment detail changes at end of last year because my credit card was compromised. Since then, at every billing cycle, I'm still getting notifications of payment not received and each time for the last 4 months we've contacted TPG to fix. And each time we're assured it's been resolved, yet it is still happening. Now I find out my mobile account is suspended because payment still cannot be processed.
