hi, i rang TPG this afternoon and requested a payment extension until this coming Tuesday. i was transferred to 3 different people, and the last person i spoke to, i was told would be able to give me a payment extension, and restore my service. perhaps i got confused somewhere amongst talking to different people, because my service is still not restored. i explained to 3 different people i had medical issues this week, and i have no money left. i have epilepsy and crushed verterbrae in my back, requiring medication, and physio therapy. and seeing a local doctor, which no longer bulk bills. so my financial situation was bad. i will definitely be able to fix my account balance this coming tuesday. can someone please assist me with getting my service restored? thank you for your consideration
