Ported out my number but still being charged

I would need someone to help me explain why am i still being charged for my number that has been ported out recently?

This is stupid, I've sent you a messaged, you asked for more details, and I was trying to send you my details and i got this

"You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."

This is frustrating!
