Hi
I have been trying to change my payment details as I am changing my bank.
I changed the direct debit details twice but last 2 months i was charged to my old bank account.
Can I please reqeust for assistance with this?

I have the same issue, have updated my card details but still get message that payment has failed which is not possible. Strangly the balance shows as none

As per checking, you have received an automated email, which was sent prior to the payment details being updated.
Your account has no outstanding balance at the moment.
