Refund is not processed for a long time

Hi my TPG ID is XXXXXXX. I haven't been able to receive a refund of over $400 which my account page shows that it is processed on May 15, 2020. When will i be receiving a refund?

I called TPG few weeks ago and TPG agent has already organised a refund but it hasn't happend.

Someone contacted me yesterday and advised that refund instruction will be sent to me through email but it hasn't come yet. again Disapponting.
