On Feb. 9, 2022, I cancelled international roaming which I had activated in late March (2021) to go overseas. I was charged A$490 on my credit card at that time and I used none of it.
I still have not received the refund of A$490, despite a couple of chasers. And it's not gone on my account with TPG either.
Please return my money now!

The Roaming funds should automatically go back to the account once roaming is deactivated.
