I login to original page and click to login to new one. It sorts of login to new page with a error " something went wrong taking back to ...." and fails.
I need to top up one of my mobile data and for last 2 days I can't do it...it is so frustrating.

You need to use your mobile number or customer ID number and it will direct you to your mobile account for you to be able to top up.
