Hi, we recently cancelled our NBN subscription with TPG but requested within our termination email to keep email addresses running. This did not happen until chat today where our primary email was reactivated at a cost of $28. I was not made aware I wouldn't be able to access the slave addresses at any time. After spending another 2 hours on chat I'm now told the slave emails can only be set up with another cost of $28 each. This obviously not satisfactory. Is there any way slave email addresses can be accessed?
