Back in early March i was supposed to return a wireless product to TPG, i returned it late and was charged $160. TPG then told me that i would get a refund once they receieved the product. After about a month i called TPG to ask and they said they received the product and will be sending me a refund. It's been 3 months, i have been calling every single week because you guys keep saying 3 to 5 business days and i still haven't got my money back. I am struggling with bills at the moment and TPG is making my life really difficult at the moment. Please is anyone able to help me, i have called them every week for 3 months and every phone call is the same waste of time. I want my money back!
