Hi! I got an email today telling me my invoice failed, so I went online to pay and clicked on "Make A Payment" only to receive this pop-up, "An existing payment transaction is in progress.". My payment details are correct, I just forgot to transfer funds from my savings to my main account by the invoice date. The funds are now there, and I don't need to change any payment details at all, I just need to have the ability to pay... but am currently blocked from doing so because of this pop-up. Would appreciate some assistance. Thanks!
