My mobile service has stopped.
Why can it take out the money for the AMEX card for her phone, but not mine. The AMEX card is valid, I checked. So I tried 3 times on their site to change to another card another card, it doesn't work.
Been on the phone with TPG for 70 minutes. They answered and say there's something wrong with some accounts which they're hoping to fix in 24 to 48 hours. That's no good as I'm going overseas on Monday AND NEED THE PHONE.
Not happy.
