My mobile service has stopped. Why can it take out the money for the AMEX card for her phone, but not mine. The AMEX card is valid, I checked. So I tried 3 times on their site to change to another card another card, it doesn't work. Been on the phone with TPG for 70 minutes. They answered and say there's something wrong with some accounts which they're hoping to fix in 24 to 48 hours. That's no good as I'm going overseas on Monday AND NEED THE PHONE. Not happy.

It's been more than 4 months since the last post from a customer that would like an eSim for their Apple Watch. Any progress? Is there an estimated time of arrival? My wife and I are both keen to get one.

ANy news? Still waiting - it's been a long time. Would love to have an eSim from TPG on my Apple Watch.
