I know it's foolish to be repeating the same thing said by so many on this forum...but TPG genuinely don't give a ** about their customers....this is I know through my own experience with them..... God forbid you give them authorisation to charge your bank account...they go crazy and charge your account with any amount they wish...without any expanation....and they go back on the deals they make...Just before joining,I was promised a six month lock in period NBN plan with the option of paying the new development charge of $300 over six months....but instead, they send me emails with lock in periods of 18 months and inform that  payment of the new development charge must be done upfront....who the ** would want to stay with this company for 18 months...ridiculous how they lie to secure the customer and then go back on deals.....and God forbid you try to talk to somebody in accounts and billing or installation via ll be put on hold for an eternity....I have had enough with this company already.... I want out....I kinda know there's no point in me even posting this....I might as well put my head through a wall....
