Terminating internet account

I need to cancel my internet account because I'm leaving Australia. I managed to find the form and submited a request on 8 June. But there's no reference number so no idea if it went through.

I saw some people here were able to terminate their account by PM the staff, so I created an account. However it seems that new member cannot send private message (can't see the button when I click on an account....)

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Smiley Happy

You should be able to send private messages now that you're level 2. We'll get everything organised over there.
