Tpg compensation for internet outage

I’ve been without internet connection for around 3 weeks now. We work and study from home and have had to rely on my mobile data which have brought extra expenses on my budget. Contacted TPG, which tried to get a technician appointment several times but never confirmed from their part by sms. I’ve had a confirmed appointment only until tomorrow. I have been charged for a service that I have not received! Not happy at all.
I would like a refund for the time I have not had internet connection since I contacted TPG promptly and didn’t received a prompt solution.

We understand that the NBN technician has resolved this issue by replacing the faulty hardware.

The billing adjustment will be assessed by your assigned Engineer and updates will be provided via SMS or phone call once available.
