Hey, I have been trying to log into my TPG account, however it comes up with an error and says “sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invaild” I have TPG NBN plan and not a mobile plan.
I tried to do forget password and it comes up with an error too and told me to call. I have been on hold for 2 hours in the call…. Is there anyway to get around this and fix this issue?
I have managed to log in in the past year but for some reason, unable to now.
