Hi,
After logging out of my account a few days ago. I have been having trouble logging back in.
It now gives me the following error,
Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.
Could I get some help with this issue.

For Mobile services, you may also try logging in using your Account number or Customer ID.

Hi Ahra,
I'm using my username as I am on an NBN plan. I do not have a mobile service with TPG.
So not too sure why I'm getting this error if I've logged in before.

Hi @artdo, have you tried your Customer ID or your TPG username?
Yes, I am using my tpg username and it is giving the error that I've mentioned.
I see, @artdo. Send in your TPG username/Customer ID via private message so we can assist and check why it's giving you the error message.
