Unable to login to my account

Hi,

After logging out of my account a few days ago. I have been having trouble logging back in.

It now gives me the following error,

Oops! Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.

Could I get some help with this issue.

Hi @artdo

 

For Mobile services, you may also try logging in using your Account number or Customer ID. 

 

You may refer to this article: TPG Mobile - Introduction to the new My Account

Hi Ahra,

I'm using my username as I am on an NBN plan. I do not have a mobile service with TPG.

So not too sure why I'm getting this error if I've logged in before.

Hi @artdo, have you tried your Customer ID or your TPG username?

Yes, I am using my tpg username and it is giving the error that I've mentioned.

I see, @artdo. Send in your TPG username/Customer ID via private message so we can assist and check why it's giving you the error message.

What error message are you receiving? Did you make sure that the mobile number on the account is updated?

Do you receive the OTP sent via SMS in order to login or not?
