Hi.
All of a sudden i have been unable to send emails via my iPhone. I have reset my password and this didn't change anything.
Can you please advise what I can do.
Hi @sallmac . Is this the mail client app on your iphone?
Is there an error message when you try to send an email?
Are you able to send using Post Office?

I can send from Post Office and I can also send from my iPad but all of a sudden i can send from my iphone. The message says recipients address not valid (something like this)

If your ipad and iphone use the same app, just compare each screen of the setup on each device.
The error message about invalid address is just the iphone mis-interpreting the error. Can your ipad send to that address?
