Waiting on refund for cancelled service

I cancelled my service on 4 November and you've charged me for the period 7 November to 6 December.

 

You had already advised the 30 day cancellation requirement was waived.

 

When will I receive the refund?

I sent the following email to CustomerService email address on 4 November and never received a reply

We have had an IMAP email account for ages and now that we have transferred across to TMC these clowns have charged me for the next year. I have made 6 requests for a refund which they agreed to do so over the phone and in writing and they still REFUSE to make the payment. It's time that we took these people to the courts for deceptive and misleading conduct.

Billing issues are so frustrating.
