Why can't I call my daughter on her 21st Birthday?
Because TPG will NOT allow a payment, the stupid page says "Payment is in progress" YET I don't HAVE access to calls or SMS from my device.
This is UNACCEPTIBLE and the account WILL be closed if it happens again.
Please FIX IT!!!!!!!!! A.S.A.P.
NO further attempt was made the day AFTER payment failed to "try again" when the money WAS there at that time, TPG expect you to make a MANUAL payment if a direct debit fails for a single day. My life does NOT revolve around TPG and their failing system of payment and it won't be tolerated.
YOU CANNOT EVEN CALL THEIR OWN 1300 xxx xxx OR the 13xxxx numbers from the device - how STUPID!
