Hello, I just finished a conversation on phone with your stuff. My plan changed from NBN50 to NBN200 and finished 2 days ago. I upgraded under the promotion as the attached. But I was still charged $124.99. The stuff was helping me to the $40 credit back. I will wait for 48 business hours to check the balance.
My qustion is: is it going to happen again next month? Where on paper can I see my billing will be corrected as the promotion?

Let's have a look at your account and confirm if the promotion has been applied. If this has been done, then it should reflect the succeeding billing cycles. You can send your account customer ID or username via private message.
