How do I change settings so that I get notified of another call when I am on a call and for the missed call to show in the call register?

Hi @oliverz, 

If you are on NBN, the Call Waiting feature is automatically enabled on our end. 

Should you wish to change a few settings (tone, notification), I would recommend referring to your handset's manual.
