cancel my NBN plan

I want to cancel my NBN plan at the end of this month. What should I do?

We regret to hear that you no longer want to continue your service with us. I can have our Escalations Team contact you regarding your concern. Can you PM us the following so we can organize a call?

  • Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel
  • Reason for canceling the account
  • Best contact number
  • Preferred time for a call
