complaint - TPG charging twice for 2 years, possible scam

Hello, 

We've noticed two payments getting deducted from our bank account every month, one is 64.99, the other is 74.99. However, the first one is the correct amount and from tpg.ltd company, the other seems to come from a different account. We tried to raise this issue with TPG but the calling list was endless waiting. This is a scam, but we don't know if the 2nd payment is from TPG or others, it is an urgent matter.
